Please test any skincare product you purchase on a small area inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using. Skin chemistry varies from person to person. The Natural Deodorant cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.
If you do have an adverse reaction – particularly to our deodorant range of products – please contact us, and we will attempt to re-supply you with an alternative product for sensitive skin where available within 7 days of you contacting us.
For items that arrive damaged, please email us a photograph within 7 days to info@thenaturaldeodorant
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your photograph is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then a replacement product will be dispatched within 7 days.
Only items purchased on the The Natural Deodorant website can be returned to us for store credit or exchange. Items purchased in a store, or specialty online retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened items. For unused items (unopened) we have a 7 days from receipt of items returns policy and can offer a credit note for items returned.
For items you would like exchanged the postage cost associated in returning the items to The Natural Deodorant and redelivering the exchanged items to you are at your expense. Postage and handling costs to return items to The Natural Deodorant for a credit note are not covered and are at your expense, irrespective of whether or not you received a free shipping offer with that purchase.
